1. Can you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries worldwide except China Mainland and Hong Kong.

From the home page of the Toppcworld.com there are two ways to find what you are looking for:

Option 2: You can use our Search, which is located at the top of all of the pages of our website.?
3. How do I order on Toppcworld.com?
The easiest way to order on Toppcworld.
Just follow these 6 simple steps:
1. Search or browse for products, and if you wish to buy an item, click Add to Cart.
2. On the Shopping Cart page, enter the quantity you want and click Update Cart to update the subtotal. Click Continue Shopping to shop for additional products or Checkout to begin the checkout process.
3. Check and confirm your address, write your comments if you have instructions to give. Choose the shipping method and click Continue.
4. If this is a dropshipment order, Click the checkbox of dropshipment order at bottom of address info.
5. Chose the payment method and click Continue.
6. Confirm your order, enter your payment information, and wait to hear from us!
Quick Notes:
- You must be over the age of 18 to place an order on our site.
- You can View your Cart Contents at any time by Clicking the "View Cart " Menu at the top of any screen
- The Cart Menu will allow you to Change quantity or Remove Items in your Cart
4. Why can your prices be so low?
We can offer such low prices because we do not run expensive high street shops and we keep our running costs to a minimum. Furthermore, we base on hundreds of Local China toys factories. So our price always much lower than compare site.
We will endeavor to get your items back to you within 7 days. However some tints and coatings may increase the processing time by a few days.
6. What does my order status mean?
An order can have three possible statuses:
1. Incomplete - This means we have not received the information about your payment.
2. Processing - This usually means we are preparing and packing your order.
3. Shipped - This means your order has shipped.
4. Cancelled - This means your order has been cancelled.
7. Which payment methods do you accept?
Toppcworld.com only accepts PayPal account.
8. What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Please return the toys to us within 14 days of receipt stating what is wrong with them. We will return your money or change the toys if you would prefer should their be a problem with the product we have supplied you. We offer a no quibble guarantee on anything that is the fault of ourselves, our optical laboratory or any of our suppliers. So why not give us a try?
9. How do I track my order?
Simply click on Track Order at the top of the site, enter your email and the track ID we send you, then click the button of the submit, you will got your ship information.
For orders shipped via UPS Express, visit the UPS Tracking Information page.
Note that tracking information is not available for orders shipped via Subsidized Air Transport.
10. Do I have to pay import taxes and customs duties?
Products are shipped out of Hong Kong so your country considers them import goods and it may charge you import duties depending on the type of products and their value.
Toppcworld charges you only the cost of the products you order and their shipping. As local laws, systems, codes and practices vary widely among countries, we are unable to collect any taxes or duties that your local authorities may impose upon you. This is the buyer's responsibility.
If you are familiar with your local regulations, however, we will be glad to follow your instructions concerning labeling, packaging, and invoicing, to aid customs processing and appropriate tax assessments of your packages. Just leave these instructions in the comment box on your order so that our staff can follow them.
11. Do you keep an item in Stock?
Yes, all of our product on the site, we keep it in stock and ready to ship.
