We will endeavor to get your items back to you within 7 days. However some tints and coatings may increase the processing time by a few days.
Can you send me a tracking number?
We will send you a notification and tracking number via email when we ship your order. We do this for most shipping methods except Subsidized Air Transport, which doesn't offer tracking numbers. If you haven't received this email, it's probably that we haven't shipped your order, yet.
It's also possible that the notification email has been trapped by a spam filter or landed in your spam folder. Please look there. You can avoid this problem by adding our email address info toppcworld.com to your email address book.
Track Your order
Simply click on Track Order at the top of the site, enter your email and the track ID we send to you, then click the button of the submit, you will got your ship information.
For orders shipped via UPS Express, visit the UPS Tracking Information page.
Note that tracking information is not available for orders shipped via Subsidized Air Transport.
Import taxes and duties
Products are shipped out of Hong Kong so your country considers them import goods and it may charge you import duties depending on the type of products and their value.
SourcingMap charges you only the cost of the products you order and their shipping. As local laws, systems, codes and practices vary widely among countries, we are unable to collect any taxes or duties that your local authorities may impose upon you. This is the buyer's responsibility.
If you are familiar with your local regulations, however, we will be glad to follow your instructions concerning labeling, packaging, and invoicing, to aid customs processing and appropriate tax assessments of your packages. Just leave these instructions in the comment box on your order so that our staff can follow them.
